1. She was very attentive to visual and verbal details in displaying our house over the internet.
2. She was also very observant and timely from start to finish in sending us the paperwork that needed to be done to complete the sale.
3. She kept us informed about any showing, evauation of showings, inspections and needed repairs. She even helped us find a contractor that was reasonable in pricing and did great work.
4. She must have been a great negotiator: when we had a dispute with the inspection report she worked out the details so that both us, the buyers, and lendng company were satisfied with final decision.

Tracey is great. She made the process of buying our first home much less stressful than we thought it would be. She is extremely knowledgeable, and was always available to answer the many questions we had. She makes sure everything is how it should be, and she won’t rest until she feels you’re getting a great deal. Tracey was amazing! She found us our dream house that we now call home. It only took us about 3 months to find the house then another 2 months to settle. At the end we ran into some bumps and Tracey didn't stop till the day of settlement!
